Flow rankings and when to reroll in BL:R RECREATION.
Flows modify your window of dominance after activation: shot power, steal range, dribble speed, or ankle-break chance. S-tier Flows feel broken only when your Style wants the same stats — Emperor on a passive passer underperforms.
Use lock before spinning. Losing a top Flow hurts more than upgrading a mid Style because Flow pools dilute faster during events with boosted banners.

Are D-tier Flows useless?
